President, Fellows of Harvard College, 199 F.R.D. 22, 24 (D. Me. 2001); BP Products North America, Inc. v. Dagra, 232 F.R.D. 263, 265 (E.D. Va. 2005). Accordingly, as Seyfarth Shaw LLP is a law firm that may represent or have represented Mittal, and given Plaintiff's status as a pro se litigant, the Court may vs. MITTAL, et al., Defendant(s). / ROMEO EZIKE, Plaintiff(s), IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA No. C 08-1867 MEJ
