JOHN MUIR HEALTH, Defendant. _____________________________________/ On July 30, 2010, the parties filed a joint discovery letter regarding Defendant John Muir Health's responses to Plaintiff's requests for production. ECF No. 43. In the letter, Defendant contends that Plaintiff did not provide it sufficient time to draft a response to Plaintiff's arguments for incorporation into the joint letter. To ensure that the dispute is fully briefed for the Court's consideration, the Court ORDERS the parties to confer and submit a revised joint letter no later than August 11, 2010. IT IS SO ORDERED.
