Google noticed the Motion to Stay for October 26, 2010 and moved to shorten time. Google's motion to shorten time is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the schedule for Google's Motion to Stay shall be as follows: 1. Defendant Netlist, Inc.'s Opposition to Google's Motion to Stay shall be filed with the Court on September 3, 2010. 2. Google's Reply in support of its Motion to Stay shall be filed with the Court on September 8, 2010. 3.
