WHEREAS Plaintiff Google Inc. ("Google") and Defendant Netlist Inc. ("Netlist"), and

2 attorneys and other support staff hired by the parties desire to bring into the Federal Courthouse 3 in Oakland, California, located at 1301 Clay Street, Suite 400 South, Oakland, California, and set 4 up in the courtroom of the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong certain equipment and 5 materials for purposes of facilitating demonstrative exhibits that may be used during the 6 summary judgment hearing at 1:00 pm on September 14, 2010; and 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 WHEREAS that equipment will include the following: · one DLP projector, · a projector screen and stand, · two laptop computers, · one Elmo overhead display unit, · two switching boxes to facilitate switching between various display devices, · one computer table, · one cart for transporting these items, and · required cables and speakers; NOW THEREFORE the parties hereby request the Court allow access to the courtroom
