("Google") and Defendant Netlist Inc. ("Netlist"), and attorneys and other support staff hired by the parties desire to bring into the Federal Courthouse in Oakland, California, located at 1301 Clay Street, Suite 400 South, Oakland, California, and set up in the courtroom of the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong certain equipment and materials for purposes of facilitating demonstrative exhibits that may be used during the tutorial and claim construction hearing on November 12, 2009; and WHEREAS that equipment will include the following: · · · · · · · · two video projectors including one DLP projector, a projector screen and stand, two laptop computers, one Elmo overhead display unit, two switching boxes to facilitate switching between various display devices, one computer table, one cart for transporting these items, and required cables and speakers; NOW THEREFORE the parties hereby request the Court allow access to the courtroom for the set-up of such equipment at 7:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on November 12, 2009, and use of such equipment at the tutorial and claim construction hearing beginning at 9:00 AM on that same day.
