Plaintiff requests that exhibits A, B, and C attached to her Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint be sealed because they contain confidential and propriety trade secrets of Defendant Experian, and because they contain plaintiff's personal credit information. Local Rule 79-5 specifies that a sealing order may issue only upon a request that establishes that the document, or portions thereof, is privileged or protectable. The request must be narrowly tailored to seek sealing only of sealable material, and must conform with Civil L.R. 79-5(b) or (c). Here, Plaintiff's application to seal selected materials submitted in support of its Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint is narrowly tailored and complies with L.R. 79-5(a). Accordingly, Plaintiff's Application is APPROVED.
