In light of the fact that Ordinance No. 194-08 will otherwise take effect on October 1, 2008, the parties have agreed on the following stipulated briefing schedule: (1) Defendants shall file and serve their Opposition to the TRO Motion by ECF no later than 3:00 PM on Monday, September 29, 2008; and (2) Plaintiff may file a reply brief by ECF no later than 8:30 AM on September 30, 2008. If desired by the Court, the Parties will serve additional courtesy copies for the Court's use in such manner and by such time as the Court may direct.
