Both parties agreed that Dr. David v. O2 MICRO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Defendant. / MONOLITHIC POWER SYSTEMS, INC., Plaintiff, No. C 08-4567 CW ORDER CONCERNING PROPOSED COURTAPPOINTED EXPERT IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA Perreault, an associate professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, would be a suitable replacement for Dr. Sanders. If Dr. Perreault is no longer available to serve in this case, the parties shall inquire into and report on Dr. Enrico Santi's availability and offer their positions on how the Court should proceed.
