GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION, Plaintiff, v. FRONTIER CONTRACTING, INC., et al., Defendants. _______________________________/ Plaintiff filed the above-entitled action on November 18, 2008, and also filed an application for a temporary restraining order (TRO) and writ of attachment. On December 1, 2008, plaintiff filed a return of service of the summons and complaint, and the other papers previously filed in this action. The court will hear plaintiff's application for the TRO and writ of attachment on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom 3, 17th Floor of the Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate, San Francisco, California. Any written opposition shall be filed and served no later than noon on Friday, December 5, 2008. Also no later than noon on December 5, 2008, a courtesy copy of the opposition shall be delivered to the Clerk's Office, 16th Floor of the Federal Building, in an envelope addressed to the undersigned judge.
