CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY, Defendant. / United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 11 On November 29, 2011, Defendant filed an objection to the 12 Magistrate Judge’s Order Re: Defendant Department of Veterans 13 Affairs In Camera Submission of Documents. Civil Local Rule 72-2 14 states, in part, “The District Judge may deny the objection by 15 written order at any time, but may not grant it without first 16 giving the opposing party an opportunity to brief the matter. If 17 no order denying the motion or setting a briefing schedule is made 18 within 14 days of the filing of the objection, the objection shall 19 be deemed denied. The Clerk shall notify parties when an objection 20 has been deemed denied.” Fourteen days has passed since the filing 21 of the objection to the Magistrate Judge’s order, and the Court has 22 not issued an order. Accordingly, 23 Notice is hereby given that the Defendant’s objection is 24 deemed denied. 25 26 Dated: 12/15/2011 27 28 Deputy Clerk
