Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Relief from this Court’s April 6,
20
2012 Order (Dkt. No. 408) finding waiver of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ assertion
21
of the deliberative process privilege with respect to certain documents. (Dkt. No. 413). On
22
April 23, 2012, District Judge Wilken referred the motion to the undersigned Judge because
23
Defendants’ motion raises arguments not previously made to the Court.
24
If Plaintiffs wish to file a response to the motion, they shall do so on or before April
25
30, 2012 and the response shall not exceed five pages. No reply shall be filed. Upon filing of
26
the response, or the deadline for the response if no response is filed, the Court will take the
27
matter under submission.
