On September 20, 2010, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Shorten Time and to Delay Transfer to Eastern District Until Her Attorney Returns, Until October 4, 2010. Dkt. 41. Previously, on September 16, 2010, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California docketed the transferred action as 10CV-02502-FCD-GGH. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's motion is DENIED as MOOT. This Order terminates Docket 41. IT IS SO ORDERED.
