Independent Living Center of Southern 3 California, U.S. Supreme Court Case No. 09-958, Douglas v. California Pharmacists Ass’n, U.S. 4 Supreme Court Case No. 09-1158; and Douglas v Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, U.S. Supreme Court 5 Case No. 10-283; and 6 WHEREAS, the Supreme Court has not yet issued a decision in these cases; and 7 WHEREAS, this Court previously signed a stipulation and order staying the case pending 8 disposition of Douglas v. California Pharmacists Ass’n, U.S. Supreme Court Case No. 09-1158, except 9 that the Court can lift this stay at any time and any party can lift this stay upon three (3) calendar days’ 10 prior written notice to the Court and all other parties; and 11 WHEREAS, that stay remains in place at the present time; and 12 WHEREAS, a case management conference is set for January 12, 2012; and 13 WHEREAS, this Court’s prior order stated that the parties may request a later date for the case 14 15 management conference by filing another stipulation and order; IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED between the parties through their respective counsel that, subject 16 to Court approval, the further case management conference scheduled for January 12, 2012 is taken off 17 calendar and the further case management conference will be rescheduled for April 4, 2012. 18 19 20 21 22 23 Dated: January 5, 2012 Respectfully submitted, STEPHEN P.
