Olsen, and petitioner's Request for Issuance of an Order to Show Cause, 1 1 be served upon respondent at least thirty-five (35) days before the return date of this Order to Show 2 Cause above specified; 3 ORDERED that no later than twenty-one (21) days before the return date of this Order, the 4 respondent may file and serve a written response to the Petition to Enforce A Subpoena, as well as 5 the petitioner's Memorandum In Support of Petition, the Declaration of Edward A.
