Good cause having been shown by the Petitioner upon its Petition and Memorandum in Support of its Petition (Docket Nos. 1 and 3), as well as its Request for Issuance of An Order to Show Cause, it is hereby: ORDERED that respondent, Ni Chi Nguyen, is ordered to appear before this Court on March 9, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in Courtroom No.1, Fourth Floor, United States District Court, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California, 94612, and then and there, show cause, if any, why he should not be compelled to appear at the removal hearing of Luu Thi Pham (A57-960-802) in Immigration Court in San Francisco, California, on April 6, 2010, at 1:00 p.m.; ORDERED that a copy of this Order to Show Cause, together with a copy of the Petition to Enforce a Subpoena, as well as the petitioner's Memorandum in Support of Petition, the Declaration of Edward A. Olsen, and petitioner's Request for Issuance of an Order to Show Cause, 1

1 be served upon respondent at least thirty-five (35) days before the return date of this Order to Show 2 Cause above specified; 3 ORDERED that no later than twenty-one (21) days before the return date of this Order, the
