WHEREAS the parties have met and conferred regarding the admission of certain trial
exhibits used during trial;
WHEREAS TX 2084 pages 34 and 35 have already been admitted into evidence (June 20,
2014 Trial Tr. 2008:23-2009:5);
WHEREAS TX 2340 pages 15, 18, 359, and 360 have already been admitted into
evidence (June 16, 2014 Trial Tr. 1119:23, 1120:16, and 1125:23-24);
WHEREAS the NCAA contends that the entire Division I Manual, TX 2340, should be
admitted into evidence, and Plaintiffs do not object to admission of the entire Division I Manual;
WHEREAS if the Court declines to admit TX 2340 in its entirety as stipulated by the

parties, the parties propose that the Court admit the following provisions: Table of Contents and

User’s Guide (pages 1-10); Article 1.2 and 1.3 (page 15); Principle 2.2, 2.9, 2.10, and 2.14 (pages
