WHEREAS Plaintiff has filed a Complaint in this matter; WHEREAS the parties have agreed to allow the NCAA and CLC to serve and file their answers or initial responsive pleadings to the Complaint within the time period set forth below; WHEREAS Robert J. Wierenga, the filer of this stipulation, hereby attests that Megan Jones and Peter M. Boyle concur in the filing of this stipulation so long as their concurrence is not later used as justification for moving the November 17, 2009, hearing now scheduled by Order dated September 24, 2009. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate that: Defendants the NCAA and CLC will serve and file their answers or initial responsive pleadings to Plaintiff's Complaint on or before October 16, 2009.
