Dkt. 208. Good cause 14 appearing, 15 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the telephonic Case Management Conference currently 16 scheduled for November 14, 2013 is CONTINUED to January 22, 2014 at 2:45 p.m. At least 17 seven (7) calendar days prior to the Case Management Conference, the parties shall meet and 18 confer and file an updated Joint Case Management Conference Statement that complies with the 19 Standing Order for All Judges of the Northern District of California and the Standing Orders of this 20 Court.1 Plaintiff’s counsel shall be responsible for filing the Joint Case Management Statement 21 and setting up the conference call. At the date and time indicated above, Plaintiff’s counsel shall 22 call (510) 637-3559 with all parties on the line. NO PARTY SHALL OTHERWISE CONTACT 23 CHAMBERS DIRECTLY WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OF THE COURT. 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED.
