By letter dated January 29, 2010, Plaintiff Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") requested to be excused from personally appearing at the settlement conference scheduled for February 12, 2010. No opposition was submitted by any party. Upon consideration of the request, the Court DENIES the request to excuse personal attendance. Therefore, it is hereby ordered that Plaintiff MERS appear at the settlement conference in person scheduled on February 12, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
