ASTRAZENECA, LP, et al., Defendants. ________________________________/ On January 9, 2013, the Court granted the Miller Firm’s 13 motion to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff Lynus Stewart. 14 Thereafter, pursuant to Court order, counsel provided Mr. Stewart 15 with a copy of the Court’s order and with notice that the Court 16 had granted the motion to withdraw and that he was required to 17 attend the February 14, 2013 case management conference in person 18 or through new counsel, or his case would be dismissed for failure 19 to prosecute. 20 did not appear at the February 14, 2013 case management conference 21 in person or through new counsel. 22 DISMISSES his claims without prejudice for failure to prosecute. 23 At the February 14, 2013 hearing, the Court granted the 24 Miller Firm’s motion to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff Miguel 25 Porto. 26 to the condition that papers may continue to be served on counsel 27 for forwarding purposes, unless and until Mr. Porto appears by 28 other counsel or pro se.
