________________________________/
9
On January 31, 2013, the parties filed a stipulation to
10
United States District Court
For the Northern District of California
dismiss with prejudice the claims of Plaintiff Bobby Gott.
Docket
11
No. 78.
That stipulation resolved the claims of the last
12
remaining Plaintiff in the above-captioned case.
13
In this group of related cases, there are no remaining open
14
cases in which the Mulligan Law Firm represents the Plaintiffs.
15
In addition, the Court has reviewed the declarations that the
16
Mulligan Law Firm filed on January 10, 2013.
Docket No. 75.
The
17
Court finds that these declarations are sufficient to allay the
18
concerns discussed with Plaintiffs’ counsel at the December 12,
19
2012 case management conference.
20
The case management conference previously set for February
21
14, 2013 has been vacated in this case.
The Mulligan Law Firm
22
need not appear at the conference.
23
IT IS SO ORDERED.
