1 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 2 FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 3 4 DONALD BATES, et al., 5 Plaintiffs, 6 No. C 09-4150 CW ORDER ADDRESSING DECLARATIONS FILED BY THE MULLIGAN LAW FIRM AND THE FEBRUARY 14, 2013 CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE v. 7 ASTRAZENECA, LP, et al., 8 Defendants. ________________________________/ 9 On January 31, 2013, the parties filed a stipulation to 10 United States District Court For the Northern District of California dismiss with prejudice the claims of Plaintiff Bobby Gott. Docket 11 No. 78. That stipulation resolved the claims of the last 12 remaining Plaintiff in the above-captioned case. 13 In this group of related cases, there are no remaining open 14 cases in which the Mulligan Law Firm represents the Plaintiffs. 15 In addition, the Court has reviewed the declarations that the 16 Mulligan Law Firm filed on January 10, 2013. Docket No. 75. The 17 Court finds that these declarations are sufficient to allay the 18 concerns discussed with Plaintiffs’ counsel at the December 12, 19 2012 case management conference. 20 The case management conference previously set for February 21 14, 2013 has been vacated in this case.
