WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., for itself and as a successor in interest to GOLDEN WEST BANK, WACHOVIA BANK, and WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL / NOWLINE BANK, Defendant. ________________________________/ On April 26, 2012 the Court held a hearing on Plaintiffs’ 20 motion for final approval of the settlements in the consolidated 21 actions, as well as their request for attorneys’ fees and costs. 22 At the hearing, the Court ordered Plaintiffs’ counsel to submit a 23 revised version of their proposed order and a supplemental 24 declaration providing more documentation in support of their 25 attorneys’ fee request. 26 Having reviewed Plaintiffs’ May 2, 2012 filings, the Court 27 notes that in the supplemental declaration there are errors in the 28 1 lodestar calculations for Jay Edelson and Steven Woodrow, and a 2 small discrepancy between the asserted amount of total costs and 3 the costs provided in the attached record of expenses. 4 addition, the asserted lodestar amount does not match the total 5 fees, as a sum of the fee amounts for each phase of the 6 litigation. 7 two different lodestar multipliers and includes the cost amount in 8 the calculation of the lodestar multiplier. 9 review these errors and submit an amended declaration and revised United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 11 In Paragraph seventeen of the proposed order includes Plaintiffs shall proposed order, reflecting the corrections, within five days.
