The parties are presently before the Court on Defendant's motion to extend discovery

15

cut-off date and dispositive motion cut-off date. Dkt. 61. Plaintiff does not oppose the

16

motion. Having read and considered the papers filed in connection with this matter and

17

being fully informed, the Court finds that good cause exists to modify the pretrial

18

scheduling order. The parties shall have until June 14, 2013 to complete fact discovery.

19

All dispositive motions shall be heard on or before July 30, 2013. The last day to file a

20

dispositive motion is July 2, 2013. A response shall be filed by July 16, 2013. A reply

21

shall be filed by July 23, 2013. The parties are ordered to participate in a mandatory

22

settlement conference between August 5, 2013 and August 16, 2013 before a magistrate

23

judge. This Order terminates Docket 61.
