Re: Dkt. No. 149 11 HANSEN MEDICAL, INC., and others 12 Defendants. 13 14 Defendant Christopher Sells and plaintiffs filed a joint discovery letter brief in which 15 Sells requests an order compelling plaintiffs to respond to interrogatories 4 and 5 in Sells’ 16 third set of interrogatories, which seek information communicated to plaintiffs or their 17 counsel by the SEC regarding allegations in the underlying complaint. Plaintiffs argue that 18 the interrogatories improperly seek protected work product, that the attorneys involved in 19 the communications are not fact witnesses, and that therefore, they should not be compelled 20 to reveal the contents of their communications with counsel from the SEC. 21 By March 27, 2013 at 5:00 p.m., Sells must file in ECF a copy of the interrogatories 22 at issue and any responses that plaintiffs have provided to date.
