Defendants moved for a sixty-day extension of time to file their summary-judgment

motion. The Court has read and considered Defendants’ request and counsel’s accompanying

21

declaration, and finds that good cause exists to grant the request.

Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s request for an extension of time.

23

Defendants’ summary-judgment motion is due on February 10, 2012. Plaintiff’s opposition is

24

due sixty days after Defendants file their motion. If Defendants wish to file a reply brief, they

25

may do so no later than thirty days after Plaintiff files his opposition.
