and in opposition to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to File a Second

Amended Complaint and the relevant legal authority, the Court

GRANTS the Motion pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure

15(a)(2).

Complaint, submitted in its proposed form as Exhibit A to the

Motion, within three Court days from the date of this Order.

Defendants shall file and serve their responsive pleading within
22
sixty (60) days from the date of this Order.
