WHEREAS, Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs for Thirty-First

Quarter of Monitoring and Enforcement of Settlement Agreement on September 29, 2023. (ECF Nos.

1934 (sealed) & 1935.) Defendants filed an opposition on October 13, 2023. (ECF No. 1936.) The

current deadline for Plaintiffs to file a reply is October 20, 2023. (Local Rule 7-3(c)).

WHEREAS, due to pressing family obligations of Plaintiffs’ principal fees counsel at

this time, Plaintiffs, with good cause, have requested, and Defendants have agreed to stipulate to, a

one-week extension of the filing deadline.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between
