Plaintiff Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) submits this administrative motion to

2 remove incorrectly e-filed Document Number 143-27.

On November 25, 2011, Document Number 143-27 was incorrectly e-filed by the

4 undersigned because it was a pdf of an un-redacted version of Exhibit 26 to the Declaration of
5 Perry Clark in Support of Plaintiff’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on GoDaddy’s
6 Liability For Contributory Cybersquatting (Count II Of First Amended Complaint).

On November 28, 2011, upon discovery of the error, the undersigned followed this Court’s

8 ECF procedures for removing a sensitive e-filed document. As a result, Document Number 1439 27 was locked on November 28, 2011, and is not accessible on the ECF system. In addition, the
10 correct document has been re-filed as ECF Document Number 145 (docket text: “EXHIBITS re
11 [143] Declaration in Support,,, <I>Correction of Docket #143-27 (Ex. 26 to Decl. of Perry
12 Clark)”).

Defendant GoDaddy has stipulated to this request for judicial action removing incorrectly

14 e-filed Document Number 143-27.
