On September 23, 2010, Plaintiff filed an Application for Leave to Allow Petroliam Nasional's Party Representative to Appear Telephonically at the October 18, 2010, Settlement Conference, and on October 1, 2010, Defendants filed a Request for Reciprocity with Respect to Telephonic Appearance at Settlement Conference (the "Motions"). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motions are GRANTED. All party representatives, including insurance carrier shall be available on phone stand by. All counsel shall appear, in person, for the settlement conference. IT IS SO ORDERED.
