The parties, through their respective counsel, stipulate that the time for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff's (1) Motion to Amend Complaint and Memorandum in Support (Doc. No. 42) and (2) Memorandum in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. No. 44) be extended from August 2, 2010, to August 16, 2010. This is Defendant's first request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's motion and opposition. Defendant needs the additional time to further evaluate the possibility of remand, locate records, and address the issues presented in this case. Defendant apologies to the Court for not filing this stipulation sooner. ///
