IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's, GREGORY NARVAEZ ("Plaintiff"), Request to Continue the March 31, 2011 Hearing on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment to April 14, 2011 is GRANTED. As such, Plaintiff shall file its Opposition brief to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment by March 24, 2011, and Defendant shall file its Reply in support of its Motion for Summary Judgment by March 31, 2011. If is further ordered that the Case Management Conference set for March 31, 2011 is also continued to April 14, 2011, with the Case Management Statement due by April 7, 2011. IT IS SO ORDERED.
