(Docket No. 36.) On June 11, 2010, Plaintiff filed a "Second Motion for Referral to Federal Pro Bono Project." (Docket No. 38.) Plaintiff bases her motions on the assertion that she "has made reasonable efforts to retain an attorney but due to limited financial resources she is unable to retain the attorney." (Docket No. 36.) Plaintiff has not provided any specific information regarding her financial condition, other than to assert that her financial resources are "limited." Moreover, Plaintiff has not provided any specific information regarding her efforts to retain private counsel, including, but not limited to, attempts to locate counsel through a California State Bar approved lawyer referral service. As such, Plaintiff has not made a showing that her case warrants pro bono representation. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiff's Motion for Referral to Federal Pro Bono Project and Second Motion for Referral to Federal Pro Bono Project are DENIED without prejudice.
