Having reached a settlement of the Plaintiffs' claims in this case pursuant to the

Settlement Agreement attached as Exhibit A, the parties hereby jointly stipulate to dismissal of

Plaintiffs claims in this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(1)(ii). The
24
parties stipulate that this dismissal shall be with prejudice. Each party will bear its own costs
25
and expenses.
