HOOPS ENTERPRISE LLC; and ANTHONY KORNRUMPF, No. C 10-2769 CW ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO REMOVE ERRONEOUSLY FILED DOCUMENT (Docket No. 130) Defendants. ________________________________/ AND ALL RELATED CLAIMS ________________________________/ 12 13 On November 22, 2011, the Court granted a motion to file 14 under seal filed by Defendants and Counter-claimants Hoops 15 Enterprise LLC and Anthony Kornrumpf, permitting Defendants to 16 file under seal an unredacted version of Exhibit Four offered in 17 support of their opposition to Plaintiff Adobe Systems 18 Incorporated’s motion for a preliminary injunction and to file a 19 redacted version of Exhibit Four on the public record. 20 Subsequently, Defendants filed a motion representing to the 21 Court that they had inadvertently filed the unredacted version of 22 Exhibit Four on the public record as Docket No. 127, instead of 23 under seal. 24 unredacted version of Exhibit Four under seal as Docket No. 129. 25 Defendants requested a court order removing Docket No. 127 as an 26 incorrectly filed document. 27 28 Defendants further stated that they had re-filed the 1 Accordingly, Defendants’ motion to remove the unredacted 2 version of Exhibit Four from the public record is GRANTED.
