Pursuant to this Court’s Order Granting in Part Plaintiff’s

Motion for a Preliminary Injunction, Defendants Anthony Kornrumpf

15

and Hoops Enterprise, LLC, and their agents, servants, employees,

16

and all persons in active concert and participation with them who

17

receive actual notice of this Injunction are hereby restrained and

18
enjoined from selling, offering for sale, distributing, or
19
20

transferring any Adobe Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

21

product separately from the hardware with which it was licensed to

22

be distributed.

until final judgment is ordered in this case, unless dissolved at

24

an earlier time.

This preliminary injunction shall be in effect
