Plaintiff Adobe Systems Inc. has filed a motion to file under

seal portions of the declaration of Annie S. Wang, submitted

pursuant to the Court’s June 1, 2012 Order Converting Plaintiff’s

First Motion in Limine into a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment,

and the entirety of Exhibits B, C, D and G attached to the Wang
17
declaration.
