Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation of June 15, 2012

regarding entry of judgment, Defendants Anthony Kornrumpf and

14

Hoops Enterprise, LLC, and their agents, servants, employees, and

15

all persons in active concert and participation with them who

16

receive actual notice of this Injunction are hereby permanently

17

restrained and enjoined from selling, offering for sale,

18

distributing, or transferring any Adobe Original Equipment

19

Manufacturer (OEM) product separately from the hardware with which

20

it was licensed to be distributed.

21

This injunction is without prejudice to any other valid

22

rights of Defendants or Plaintiff Adobe Systems Incorporated, and

23

shall not affect the terms of any injunctions or relief entered in

24

any prior litigation between these parties.
