On March 1, 2012, the parties filed a Joint Status Report. Because there had been no
18
further action since that time, on June 23, 2014, the Court ordered the parties to file a joint
19
status report by no later than July 1, 2014, setting forth the status of this litigation, whether a
20
case management conference is required, or whether a dismissal or additional motions for
21
default judgment will be file. The parties did not file a joint status report.
Accordingly, Plaintiff is HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why the Court
22
23
should not lift the stay and dismiss this case for failure to prosecute the remaining defendants.
24
Plaintiff’s response to this Order to Show Cause shall be due on July 25, 2014.
