Case No.: 10-cv-03118-SBA
1
The parties, plaintiffs Mauder and Alice Chao, Deogeneso and Glorina Palugod, and
2
Maritza Pinel (collectively, “plaintiffs”), and Defendant Aurora Loan Services LLC (“Aurora”),
3
hereby stipulate and request the Court order a continuance of the Status Conference presently set
4
for May 22, 2014.
5
On May 15, 2014, Plaintiffs filed their Unopposed Motion for Preliminary Approval of
6
Class Action Settlement. In light of this unopposed motion, the parties respectfully submit that the
7
previously scheduled status conference and Joint Case Management Statement should be continued
8
for approximately six months to provide the Court an opportunity to determine whether the
9
proposed settlement should be preliminarily and ultimately finally approved, and whether the
10
proposed notice should be provided to the proposed Settlement Class.
11
The parties propose the Court continue the current May 22, 2014 status conference to
12
November 6, 2014, or another date convenient to the Court, to allow the Rule 23 class action
13
settlement approval process to run its course.
