heard and the court having granted plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment

it is Ordered and Adjudged

that the court’s judgment dated April 26, 2012 be VACATED; and

18

that plaintiffs Swi-Co Construction, Inc., Swi-Co Construction, and Joe Swicegood

19

recover from defendant Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company for damages in the amount

20

of $301,334.41, plus interest running from April 22, 2008 until entry of this corrected

21

Judgment and accruing at 10% per annum ($82.55 per day).
