19 counsel of record, that Defendant shall have a first extension of time of 30 days to file an Answer to Plaintiff's Complaint, and the certified administrative record. The undersigned attorney for 20 Defendant was reassigned this case on November 18 and upon review of the certified 21 administrative record the undersigned learned that one page was missing. Defendant requires 22 additional time to obtain the missing page before lodging the certified administrative record with 23 the Court. The new due date for Defendant's answer will be December 21, 2010.
