On May 12, 2011, the Court directed Plaintiff Faye Myrette-
Crosley to move for default judgment against Defendant OneWest
Bank, FSB, against which the Clerk has entered default.
was to file such a motion within fourteen days and was warned that
her failure to do so would result in the dismissal of her claims
against OneWest Bank.
Because Plaintiff did not file such a motion, her claims
against OneWest Bank are dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Plaintiff does not have any remaining claims in this action.
Accordingly, the Clerk shall close the file.
