The parties having stipulated to, and jointly requested an order effecting, an extension of the stay of the schedule and all proceedings in this case for thirty (30) additional calendar days so that they may continue their efforts to settle the case, and having further agreed that either side may terminate the stipulated extended stay by providing written notice to the other side's attorneys, and that seven (7) calendar days after such written notice is provided, the terminating side may file a motion with the Court requesting an order terminating the stay, it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The schedule and all proceedings in this case are stayed for thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, unless and until the Court enters a subsequent order terminating the stay upon a proper motion. The November 18, 2010 case management conference is stricken. PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
