Broadcomm Corporation and U.S. Ethernet Innovations, LLC

(USEI) have filed a stipulation to permit USEI until May 30, 2013

to respond to Broadcomm’s First Amended Complaint in Intervention

and Third-Party Complaint against USEI and Parallel Technology,

LLC.
