M. ASLANIAN are pleased to report they have reached a complete settlement between

themselves of all Plaintiff’s claims against each of them, including attorney’s fees, litigation

21

expenses and costs.

ERCUMAN KARADAG. Plaintiff therefore requests that the Court enter a dismissal of the

23

action with prejudice as to Defendants EDWARD S. ASLANIAN; and ELEONORE M.

24

ASLANIAN, with the Court maintaining continuing jurisdiction to interpret and enforce the

25

settlement agreement.
