Produce, LLC, and Chopper’s Produce, LLC. 13 Plaintiff Sequoia Sales, Inc., was directed to seek default 14 judgment against these Defendants within thirty days of the Clerk’s 15 entry of default. 16 On April 20, 2011, Chopper’s Produce filed an answer. 17 However, it has not moved to set aside the Clerk’s entry of 18 default. 19 against P.Y. Produce, but not against Chopper’s Produce. 20 On May 17, 2011, Plaintiff moved for default judgment Within seven days of the date of this Order, Chopper’s Produce 21 may move to set aside the entry of default against it.
