The Court further orders lead counsel for each party to meet and confer, in person, with

respect to the outstanding issued concerning compliance with Judge Susan Illston's Order re plaintiffs'

27

discovery motions. Docket No. 51. Parties are further advised that the Court is inclined to set trial in

this matter for March 25, 2013. Lead counsel shall be prepared to address all of these issues at the
upcoming case management conference.
