Docket No. 190. 21 parties have now informed the Court that they are unable to reach 22 settlement and requested that the Court set a briefing schedule 23 for Defendant’s motion. Docket No. 186. 24 It is ORDERED that: 26 1. The GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, 25 Before Plaintiffs opposed Plaintiffs’ opposition to the Defendant’s motion for 27 summary judgment and to decertify the class shall be filed by July 28 25, 2013. 1 2 3 4 2. Defendant may file a reply in support of its motions by August 1, 2013. 3.
