To this Honorable Court:
14
15
The parties, by and through their respective attorneys, hereby jointly stipulate to continue
16
the Case Management Conference currently scheduled for June 11, 2012, to any date convenient
17

for the Court and Counsel after June 13, 2012. Good cause exists for this continuance because the
sole remaining issue in this case is plaintiffs’ receipt of payment for their damages and attorney
fees, due on June 13, 2012, pursuant to the Court Enforceable Settlement Agreement. Defendants
19 have prepared a dismissal and plaintiffs’ counsel will sign it for filing with the Court once payment
20 has been received by plaintiffs.
