Spero for a further report 15 and recommendation on: (1) Plaintiff’s request for immediate entry of judgment against Byron 16 Under Rule 54(b); and (2) whether the action should be dismissed as to Defendant East Stinson or 17 whether Plaintiff should be granted additional time to serve said Defendant, pursuant to Rule 4(m) 18 (the “Referred Issues”). 19 The hearing on the Referred Issues has been set for June 15, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., in 20 Courtroom G, 15th Floor, Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. 21 Plaintiff shall submit briefs or evidence on the questions on or before June 1, 2012. All documents 22 shall be filed with the Clerk's Office in compliance with Civil L.R. 7-2 through 7-5. Documents not 23 filed in compliance with those rules will not be considered by the Court. 24 25 LAW AND MOTION PROCEDURES Civil law and motion is heard on Friday mornings at 9:30 a.m., Courtroom G, 15th Floor, 26 United States District Court, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California. All documents 27 shall be filed at the Clerk's Office in compliance with the Civil Local Rules. Documents not filed in 28 compliance with those rules will not be considered by the Court. Any party seeking an award of 1 attorney's fees or other expenses in connection with this motion shall file a motion in accordance 2 with Civil L. R. 37-3. 3 Law and motion matters may be submitted without argument upon stipulation of the parties 4 and notification of the Court no later than 4:30 p.m. the day before the hearing. Pursuant to Civil 5 L. R. 7-7(e), filed motions may be withdrawn without leave of the Court, within seven (7) days of 6 the date for service of the opposition.
