The parties represent that they have

reached a revised global settlement of the claims in this

consolidated class action and that they anticipate filing a motion
15
for preliminary approval of the revised settlement agreement
16
within thirty days thereafter.

Accordingly, the Court DENIES as moot Plaintiffs’ pending
18
motion for preliminary approval of the original settlement
19
agreement (Docket No. 52).

The parties shall file a further

20
status report on or by Tuesday, March 26, 2013, if a motion for
21
preliminary approval of the revised settlement agreement has not
22
been filed by that date.
